At Marina Party Rental, we believe that your wedding should be a reflection of your unique love story. Our dedicated team of professional wedding planners is here to guide you through every step of the planning process, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.


Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Policy Reservation Requirements: To secure a reservation, a minimum deposit of 50% of the total rental cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full 1 day before the event date. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received. 2. Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, cash App and Zelle. If the full payment is not received by the due date, the booking may be canceled, and 10% deposit will be forfeited. 3. Booking Confirmation: Once the deposit is made, you will receive a confirmation email with all rental details, including the items rented, the event date, delivery and pickup times, and total cost. Please review all information and notify us of any discrepancies within 48 hours. 4. Cancellation Policy Cancellation by Client: More than 10 days before the event: A full refund will be issued, minus a processing fee of 2 % of the total rental cost. 10-3 days before the event: 50% of either the deposit or total rental cost will be refunded. Less than 1 days before the event: No refund will be issued. Cancellations must be made in writing via email, and the date of cancellation will be the date the email is received. 5. Cancellation by Business: In the unlikely event that we must cancel the reservation (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, equipment failure, or emergencies), you will receive a full refund of all payments made. Alternatively, we will offer a comparable rental of equal or greater value, at no additional charge, subject to availability. 6. Waitlist Policy Waitlist Activation: If the desired rental items or date are unavailable, customers can be placed on a waitlist. You will be notified immediately if availability opens up for the requested items or dates. Waitlist Notification: Waitlisted customers will be contacted by phone/email as soon as a spot or rental item becomes available. If you do not respond within 5 hours, the reservation opportunity will be offered to the next customer on the waitlist. Waitlist Priority: Waitlist priority will be based on the order of requests received. Should an item become available, waitlisted customers will be given the next available opportunity. You can choose to remain on the waitlist or request to be removed at any time. Additional Notes Delivery and Pickup: Delivery and pickup times will be confirmed in advance.
